About Kyla Mitchell

As an Indiana University graduate and former high school educator for nine years, Kyla brings a unique blend of teaching expertise, community connection, and deep appreciation for our area’s rich and diverse culture to her real estate career.

Her professional journey is as dynamic as it is accomplished—beginning in 2014 in real estate, she went on to own her own brokerage from 2016 to 2020. Kyla also served as a new home design coordinator for Margaritaville Latitude and master sub-developer Minto, where she helped clients bring their dream homes to life through thoughtful planning and inspired design.

From 2022 to 2025, Kyla worked as a property manager, partnering with investors to optimize both long- and short-term rental properties. This included crafting rental projections, staging spaces for maximum appeal, and ensuring each property reached its full potential. With a combined 11 years’ experience in home sales, design and property management she is ready and experienced to help you in all areas of real estate.
