About Mark Sinagra

Born and raised in Mary Esther, Florida, and a proud Choctawhatchee High School graduate, Mark Sinagra is thrilled to be back home on the Emerald Coast as part of the Gillman Group Realty family.

Mark’s path to real estate is anything but ordinary. After several years in the service and hospitality industry, he became a Deputy with the Walton County Sheriff’s Office. He later joined the U.S. Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Specialist—an experience that sharpened his attention to detail, discipline, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Following his military service, Mark attended Southern Utah University, earning a degree in Communications. His studies in marketing, advertising, and public relations laid the groundwork for a natural transition into sales and service.

In 2018, Mark launched his real estate career in Southern Utah, where he quickly rose to success as part of a new home builder’s founding sales team. Over nearly five years, he guided hundreds of families through the process of purchasing their dream homes—personally helping close over $75 million in new home sales. His insider knowledge of the building process, paired with his commitment to integrity and client care, made him a trusted advisor for both builder and buyers.

Now, Mark is bringing that same dedication and expertise back to his hometown. With Gillman Group Realty, he’s combining his builder-side experience with a personal, client-first approach.
